Binding Agreement: These Terms of Service ('Terms') constitute a legally binding agreement between you (or the organization you represent) and AnySync regarding your use of our web application, developer APIs, command-line interface (CLI), Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations, and associated services.

Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through a prominent notice on the dashboard prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Security: You must safeguard your account authentication credentials, API keys, and webhook secrets. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account or API credentials.

Authority: If you are connecting third-party social media accounts (such as company LinkedIn pages, brand YouTube channels, or client Instagram accounts), you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind those accounts and publish content on their behalf.

Prohibited Uses: You may not use AnySync to generate or distribute spam, deceptive content, malware, unlawful material, or content that violates the community guidelines or terms of service of any target network (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube).

Compliance with Network Rules: AnySync publishes content to third-party networks via official developer APIs. By using AnySync, you agree to comply with the respective terms of service of each platform you connect, including LinkedIn User Agreement, Meta Terms of Service, TikTok Terms of Service, and YouTube Terms of Service.

API Limitations & Availability: Third-party social platforms may modify their API rules, rate limits, or required video/image specifications at any time. AnySync is not liable for temporary publishing delays, account disconnections, or feature deprecations caused by third-party API changes outside our reasonable control.

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights, copyrights, and intellectual property in the text, images, videos, and brand assets you submit to AnySync. You grant AnySync a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license solely to process, adapt, format, and transmit your content to your selected destination networks.

Our Technology: AnySync, its logos, software code, CLI tools, design systems, and AI adaptation prompts are the exclusive intellectual property of AnySync and its licensors. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or resell our core software infrastructure without explicit authorization.

Billing Cycles: Paid subscriptions are billed automatically at the start of each billing period using our secure payment processor. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly required by applicable law.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current paid billing period, after which your account will revert to the free plan or be deactivated according to your choice.

Service Disclaimer: While we strive for 99.9% reliability, AnySync services are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that content distribution will be instantaneous or error-free, particularly when subject to third-party API throttling or network outages.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnySync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business reputation arising from your use or inability to use the platform.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting [email protected]. If informal resolution fails within 30 days, any formal legal proceedings shall be conducted in the appropriate courts having jurisdiction over our principal business address.
