Account & Profile Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, profile picture, and authentication identifiers provided by our identity providers (such as Google OAuth).

Platform Connected Accounts: To publish content on your behalf across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), AnySync connects via secure OAuth protocols through our infrastructure partner Post for Me. We store encrypted access and refresh tokens. We never see, receive, or store your passwords for any connected social media platform.

Content & Media Assets: We process and store the text prompts, captions, images, videos, and scheduling metadata you upload or submit through our dashboard, CLI, or API to perform cross-platform adaptation and automated posting.

Usage & Technical Data: We collect standard diagnostic information, such as browser type, IP address, API request volumes, and error logs, to maintain service reliability, debug distribution failures, and prevent abuse.

Delivering Core Services: We use your tokens and media assets to execute scheduled posts, generate platform-specific caption adaptations, and report publishing status back to your dashboard.

AI Adaptation & Brand Voice: When you use our AI Assistant, your input text and selected brand guidelines are processed to adapt tone, formatting, and character limits per platform. We do not use your proprietary content or brand assets to train public foundation AI models without your explicit, opt-in consent.

Service Communications: We use your email address to send transactional alerts (such as failed publishing notifications, token expiration warnings, or security updates) and important product announcements.

Social Media Platforms: When you schedule or publish a post, we transmit the relevant media asset, caption, and API token directly to the target network (e.g., LinkedIn API, Instagram Graph API, TikTok Content Posting API, or YouTube Data API) via Post for Me. Each platform's use of your published content is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

Infrastructure Sub-Processors: We rely on secure cloud providers for hosting (e.g., AWS/GCP), database storage, and AI inference (e.g., OpenRouter). All sub-processors are bound by strict data processing agreements (DPAs) and confidentiality obligations.

Legal Compliance: We will not disclose your personal information to law enforcement or third parties unless compelled by a valid legal order, subpoena, or to protect the vital security of our platform and users.

Encryption: All data transmitted between your browser, our servers, and third-party APIs is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3. Sensitive credentials, such as OAuth tokens and API keys, are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.

Retention Period: We retain your account data and published content history for as long as your account remains active. If you disconnect a social platform, the corresponding access tokens are immediately invalidated and purged from our active databases.

Account Deletion: Upon requesting account deletion, all personal data, connected tokens, and stored media assets are permanently deleted from our primary servers within 30 days, subject to routine backup cycle purges.

Access & Portability: You can export your publishing history, scheduled content, and account metadata directly from your AnySync brand workspace settings.

Revoking Connections: You can revoke AnySync's access to any connected social platform at any time directly within our dashboard or via the security settings of the respective social network (e.g., LinkedIn or Google security settings). Revoking access immediately halts any scheduled distribution to that network.

Right to Erasure: You have the right to request the complete deletion of your personal data under GDPR and CCPA guidelines by contacting our support team or initiating deletion in your account settings.
